Daphne Webb
With 16 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Daphne brings a combination of knowledge, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel and move better. She believes that massage therapy should never feel like a one-size-fits-all experience. Every person and every body is different, which is why she takes the time to listen to each client’s concerns, understand their goals, and customize every session to meet their individual needs.

Throughout her career, Daphne has worked with people from many different backgrounds and activity levels. Some clients come to her looking for relief from muscular tension and everyday aches, while others are active individuals looking to improve mobility, recover from physical activity, or address areas of tightness and restriction. She also works with clients who simply need an opportunity to slow down, relax, and manage the physical effects of everyday stress.
Daphne’s experience includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy, and assisted stretching techniques. Her sessions may incorporate several different approaches depending on the client’s goals and preferences. She is comfortable providing everything from gentle, relaxation-focused massage to deeper and more targeted therapeutic work.

As part of a physical therapy and wellness environment, Daphne enjoys working alongside other healthcare and movement professionals to support each client’s overall goals. Massage therapy can be a valuable complement to physical therapy by helping reduce muscular tension, promote relaxation, support flexibility and comfortable movement, and address soft-tissue tightness that may affect how a person feels during everyday activities.

Clients can expect Daphne to provide a welcoming, professional, and judgment-free experience. She wants every person who comes into her treatment room to feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Whether someone is looking for focused therapeutic work, support alongside their physical therapy program, help with tight and overworked muscles, or simply a chance to relax and recharge, Daphne is dedicated to providing personalized care with the goal of helping each client feel their best.

Testimonials
Gary L.
I can’t say enough about Jen. She has been amazing with me to get my shoulder back to normal. She knew my limits and also knew when to push. I can’t thank her enough.
Although I didn't work with the rest of the staff they were always so nice and friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs PT.
Charles Z.
I recently finished a 4-month PT program with Peak following a total knee replacement. Have had several experiences with PT in the past but none that were as effective and as pleasant as this most recent program with Peak. I felt the staff at Peak truly cared about my how my treatment was working, my level of pain during the process of recovery, how much I was improving over time, my general wellbeing and how I was handling all the aspects of my recovery. Peak is truly a First-In-Class organization so if your considering PT or not satisfied with your current therapy, I would recommend calling them to schedule a visit to find out for yourself.
Megan B.
Everyone at PEAK is compassionate, attentive and highly skilled. Not only have I worked on my symptoms with various methods and practices, but I have also learned a great deal about the body at a macro and micro level. They will teach you how to stretch and strengthen in ways that are fun and creative.
Thank you Bridget and Allie!!!

Bridget has been my physical therapist since 2015 prior to and after two back surgeries. She would consult with me on my options and explaining to me on how to move forward to get me back to feeling pain free. Every visit she would ask me how I was feeling and responding to any changes in pain/health since our last meeting, she would them adjust any treatment accordingly, when my therapy was finished, she set me up on a maintenance program to keep my strength up for my back. She is a very interacting and caring person with her clients.

I consulted with Bridget virtually for a second opinion when my orthopedic (private practice surgeon) was recommending surgery regarding a herniated L4/L5 disc that was causing lower back pain and numbness in my feet. She recommended conservative care for my situation and I’ve been extremely happy with her advice. She was professional and easy to talk to and made me confident in my decision. I would recommend Bridget to anyone in her area for physical therapy!

I am a certified USPTA Tennis Pro and have a fairly heavy schedule of lessons and clinics. In January I experienced a severe pain in my bicep. This injury made teaching tennis difficult and hitting a backhand impossible. With Dr. Sanphy's help in both diagnosing the problem and recommending therapy, I was able to return to both teaching and playing rapidly. Dr. Sanphy is my first choice in injury prevention and rehabilitation therapy.

What a great experience working with Peak Performance!!! They get the job done and at the same time are very fun and nice to work with.

I honestly can't say enough about Jen (and everyone) at PEAK. I hobbled my way into PEAK last summer after a series of running injuries set my long-term training goals far back. Working with Jen not only fixed what was wrong to get me pain-free but helped rebuild strength to prevent future injury. I was running again within two months of starting my PT and was back to my usual mileage and paces shortly after my 12-week program ended. Now, I'm going back for post-rehab performance training and maintenance because as much as I like the whole team at PEAK, I don't want to have to hobble in again.

Bridget is a miracle worker! She was just as invested and dedicated to fixing my problem as I was. Her ability to adapt and utilize telemedicine to properly diagnose my issue and coach me through my personalized stretching and strengthening regimen made It like I had my own physical therapist in the comfort and convenience of my home! You really need to give Bridget a chance! She won’t rest until you’re satisfied and on your way to recovery and PEAK physical condition! Bridget is the best! Look no further for you next and last physical therapist!

In the past, I have seen numerous physical therapists for various problems but my experience with Dr. Sanphy has been one of compassionate and extraordinary care. After speaking with Dr. Sanphy, I was impressed by her depth of knowledge and ability to locate the source of my pain. She showed me some stretches that provided immediate relief. For the first time in six months, I slept through the night without pain. Thank you Dr. Sanphy for your hands on approach in solving my pain.

I have know Dr. Bridget Sanphy for about 4 years. During that time she successfully treated me for a frozen shoulder and lower back pain. As I made progress Dr. Sanphy would adjust or modify the treatment plan. I have recovered nicely. Recently my 70 year old husband, who routinely runs 10 miles a day, hobbled home with a foot injury that has been nagging him for several years. At the same time another problem began to cause him trouble. He was hardly move his arm and if he did it caused a terrible pain that sometime seemed to start in his shoulder, elbow or bicep. It was very hard to figure out what was going on. He made an appointment with Dr. Bridget Sanphy and its been like a little miracle. She diagnosed his problems, worked on the painful areas, created an individualized plan of exercises and stretches. My husband is talking about running again and we believe that he will be able to avoid surgery because of her expertise. We highly recommend Dr. Sanphy, she is an an extraordinary listener, brilliant, caring, and a compassionate professional.
